An example of what we would need to close an agreement:-
We require X4 sets of all keys (including any special security keys, (name, address & email)
Confirmation of bank details for first month rent and Standing Order
Receipt of all satisfactory compliance documents, meaning all the receipts for all the compliance you sought in the property.

(It's a commercial lease and not an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement)
Locks:
We require all properties to have thumb turn locks on the front and back doors.
If you do not have a reliable firm of Solicitors, we can recommend to our who are Aspect Law, Birmingham. the best solicitors in this region to look over your Commercial Leases. We can refer you to them if you have no business or family solicitor.
